The organizer of the competition is the portal wildmoon.cz, Tereza Goktas with registered office at Srbínská 6, Prague 10, ZIP code 101 00, ID number: 04824733 (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").

The competition takes place on the IG profile @widlmoon.cz / https://www.instagram.com/wildmoon.cz, from the publication of the competition on the profile until the date specified in the competition post.

Participation in the competition is free of charge. Only natural persons over the age of 18 living in the Czech Republic or Slovakia may participate in the competition, and only once during the given competition period.

Anyone who accepts the competition rules, meets the conditions, and writes their answer in a comment under the competition post can become a participant in the competition.

The winner of the competition is drawn at random from the contestants or, depending on the conditions, the winner will be the comment that best meets the conditions. The number of winners is always specified in the announcement of the relevant competition.

The results of the competition will be announced within 10 working days after the end, the winner will be published on the IG profile @wildmoon.cz. The prize will be sent to him electronically via e-mail or in a direct message on social media.

The deadline for claiming the prize is 14 days from the date of publication. If the winner does not claim the prize, the prize will be forfeited to the competition organizer.

Participation in the competition or winnings cannot be enforced through legal means or alternatively paid in cash.

The competition organizer reserves the right to shorten, interrupt or cancel the competition or change its rules, and will inform about this on the @wildmoon.cz / https://www.instagram.com/wildmoon.cz profile.

The competition organizer reserves the right to make a final decision in disputed cases at its own discretion.

By participating in the competition, the user confirms that they agree to the organizer using the information provided by the contestant in their IG profile, in particular their name, surname, age and email address, at which the organizer can contact them in the event of a win.

By participating in the competition, the contestant expresses, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, his/her consent to the processing of personal data provided within the competition to the organizer (especially e-mail addresses). The organizer is entitled to process this data for the purpose of evaluating the competition and subsequently sending information about the organizer's offers.

The competitions are in no way operated, sponsored or associated with Meta and Meta is not responsible for their conduct. Information provided in the competitions will not be made available to this company in any way. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the competitions must be addressed to the organizer, not Meta.
