We only accept goods that we agree on in advance and unfortunately we do not accept all of the offered products. (We do not buy shoes or underwear).
Please do not send us any goods or bring them to the store without prior approval.

Based on the photos and email communication, we will determine a purchase price. This corresponds to 15-35% of the original sales price, depending on the condition of the product. The final amount for your goods is paid in the form of a credit for purchases on wildmoon.cz.
The credit can only be used for your online orders, not physically at the Shop Up Stories store.

Send us a list of items for sale by email and attach photos of the items. After evaluation, we will send you a redemption form with a suggested price and a code for a shipping company through which you can send the items to us free of charge if you agree with the price. Put the completed and signed redemption form in the package. Or you can bring it physically to the shop up stories store.
After receiving and checking the goods, we will electronically send you a unique credit code for your next purchase at wildmoon.cz.
