We usually prepare goods ordered in our online store for dispatch within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. When paying by bank transfer, we dispatch the goods within 2 working days of the amount being credited to our account. However, we dispatch the goods within a week at the latest. If for any reason we cannot meet this deadline, we will inform you immediately by e-mail or telephone.

For preorder items, please follow the delivery date listed in the product description. Delivery time may be extended by 2-3 weeks depending on the product type.

You enter your payment card details via the secure GP Webpay website. We do not know or store your card details and you will only receive confirmation of a successful transaction. For your security, all payments are encrypted.

We only send the voucher electronically and it can only be used for online orders on the website www.wildmoon.cz

1. Using a gift card
   You can use the gift card to pay for goods in our e-shop. When completing your order, enter the unique gift card code in the field designated for discount codes or gift cards.
2. Gift card balance
   The value of your order will be deducted from the current balance of your gift card. If the card balance does not cover the total amount, you can pay for the remainder using one of the available payment methods.
3. Gift card validity
   The gift card is valid for [insert validity period] from the date of issue. After this period, the card cannot be used and the balance on the card will be forfeited.
4. Returning goods purchased with a gift card
   When returning goods purchased with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to you in the form of a credit to a new gift card or credited back to your existing card.
5. Lost or stolen gift card
   We are not responsible for any unauthorized transactions if your gift card is lost or stolen. We recommend that you keep your gift card in a safe place.
