RETURN OF GOODS:

Are you dissatisfied with the delivered goods or simply the size didn't fit you?
Take advantage of the possibility of returning goods without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. The condition is that the goods are unworn, undamaged with original labels and packaging.

Goods from the second moon section and products that are customized to customer requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.

How can you return the goods?

1. Log in to your wildmoon account, where you select the order and the goods you want to return.

2. We will immediately confirm the return by email before sending it.

3. Pack the goods and take them to any Zásilkovna drop-off point, where you will dictate the return code 96231648. The operator will print a label and give you a confirmation of receipt of the shipment. The price for this service is 59 CZK and we will deduct it from the refunded amount.
You can also return the goods free of charge to our brick-and-mortar branch at Shop Up Stories (Římská 35, 120 00, Prague 2), where you just need to hand it over to the staff.

4. The amount for the returned goods will be refunded to you using the same payment method that we received your payment from, within 7 days of receiving the goods at our warehouse/store. Goods are usually returned to us within 5 business days. If it takes longer, please contact us and we will resolve the issue together. 

GOODS COMPLAINTS:

It may happen that the goods have a manufacturing defect and it is necessary to make a complaint. For the simplest and fastest processing, we recommend the following procedure.
Consider whether the complaint is justified and, if necessary, send us photos of the defect to hello@wildmoon.cz for assessment.

4. As soon as we receive the complaint, we will inform you. We try to resolve it as soon as possible, the maximum period according to the law is 30 days. The complaint is described in detail and is governed by Terms and Conditions .
