The protection of your personal data - if you are a natural person - is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the processing of your personal data: name and surname, residential address, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number and [.] (hereinafter referred to as " personal data ") and to our processing of personal data for the purposes of exercising the rights and obligations under the purchase contract, for the purposes of maintaining a user account and for the purposes of sending you information and commercial communications. You acknowledge that you are obliged to provide your personal data (during registration, in your user account, when placing an order from the store's web interface) correctly and truthfully and to inform us without undue delay of any changes to your personal data. The seller may authorize a third party, as a processor, to process personal data. Apart from persons transporting the goods, we will not pass on personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the buyer. Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner. You confirm that the personal data provided is accurate and that you have been informed that the provision of personal data is voluntary. If you believe that we or the processor are processing your personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the law, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, you may ask us or the processor for an explanation or request that we or the processor eliminate the situation that has arisen in this way. In particular, this may involve blocking, correcting, supplementing or destroying personal data. If the buyer's request is found to be justified according to the previous sentence, we or the processor will immediately eliminate the problematic situation. If we or the processor do not comply with the request, you have the right to contact the Personal Data Protection Authority directly. This provision does not affect your right to contact the Personal Data Protection Authority directly with your request. If you ask us for information about the processing of your personal data, we will provide you with this information. For providing information pursuant to the previous sentence, we have the right to demand reasonable compensation not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information. You agree to receive information related to our goods, services or business to your email address and you further agree to us sending commercial communications to your email address.

The processing is automated and partly manual. The storage is electronic and paper-based, if appropriate with regard to the given purpose or means of processing.

We collect only the personal data that we actually need for the specified purposes. We do this in order to continuously evaluate the processing both in terms of appropriate security, minimization of personal data, and in terms of transparency, correctness and lawfulness. We adhere to the principles of accountability, integrity, confidentiality, accuracy and storage limitation.

In order to process your request, we may need to transfer your personal data to other companies; a list of companies is provided below . It may also be necessary to transfer personal data to processors, i.e. external service providers for further processing. By consenting to the processing of personal data as set out above, you consent to the transfer of data to third parties providing services in the form of processors. Service providers may, for example, be entrusted with sending product samples, distributing promotional materials, implementing competitions, shipping goods, sending advertising materials or other activities. We require these entities to undertake to process personal data in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with the terms and conditions of personal data processing.

  • Human resources and training companies
  • IT service companies
  • Internet marketing companies
  • Companies engaged in the development and implementation of enterprise systems

  • Companies providing software licenses for online communication

Currently, these include, for example, the following companies:

  • PPL
  • Mail order house
  • GLS
  • Fio bank

Any other transfer of your personal data than those mentioned above requires your express consent in advance. We require all external service providers to store your personal data exclusively according to our specifications and in accordance with this privacy policy, and in accordance with legal requirements for data processing.


We will retain your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes for 2 years from the date of your consent, and we will keep it up to date.
